The biggest drawback of all diets — monotony. Most diets have a clear menu and the list of products which deviate from it is not recommended. But it’s very hard psychologically, because a lot and break away from the diet, having served on it in the best week. But there is a diet that can be called «It’s a great diet,» and the name is due to the fact that during this diet you are free to choose any products approved and the list of approved products is so wide that one can easily reach tens of different dishes for every taste. Your daily ration during the diet must contain 1500 calories, of which 215 g carbohydrates, 60 g protein and 45 g fat. The duration of the diet — as long as you need to get rid of all the extra kilos.

For this diet, as for many others, there are universal rules:
• Drink a half hour before eating a glass of water. On the day drink at least eight glasses to prevent fluid retention in the body.
• Eat wisely, not fast. Remember that the body responds to the lack of calories and fat accumulation inhibition of metabolism.
• Get 4-6 meals a day at regular intervals. This diet helps to maintain a stable level of blood sugar and stimulates the metabolism.
• Avoid snacking between meals, with the exception of raw fruits and vegetables.

Approved products

• Bakery products — 150 grams per day. Every day you can eat 3 small buns 40 g or 6 slices of white loaf, or 3 slices of white, black bread or
white bread, meal, 3 small bagel with 50 g; or half a bagel; or 6 crackers (90 g), or 9 pieces of pastry, or 4 sticks.

• All cereals — 40 grams, or 2 tbsp. spoons of dry cereal, or 4 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal. A daily serving of cereal may be replaced by 40 grams of pasta (2 tablespoons dried or 120 g boiled.); or 40 g of dry peas or beans.

• potatoes (raw or boiled) — 150 grams per day.

• Vegetables. The first group: young beets with tops — two beams; or a quarter of the tavern; or cauliflower head; or a head of cauliflower; cucumber or 3; or 3 sweet peppers;
or 2 tomatoes; or a large leek; 1 or rhubarb; or a large bunch of radishes; or a head of lettuce; or 4 handfuls of sorrel, green beans or spinach. Also in the day it allowed a total of 200 grams of vegetables of the second group, either individually or by mixing: brussels sprouts, beets, onions, horseradish, pumpkin, peas, cabbage, carrots, parsley, celery.

• Fruits and berries are resolved in an amount of 250 g per day, it can be a choice: a glass of gooseberry; 250 g pulp of watermelon or cantaloupe; 2 large banana; 2 peach; 2 lemons; 2 cups blueberries; 250g cherries or cherry; 2 apples or 2 pears; half cup of raspberries or blackberries; 6 apricots or plums; 1.5 cups of currant; 2 oranges; 1.5 cups of strawberries or strawberry; 2 cups of cranberries; a handful of grapes.

• Milk — 500 ml. The daily portion of milk can be replaced with 2 cups of yogurt, 2 cups of yogurt, 2 cups of buttermilk and 10 g butter, 60 grams of cheese, 60 grams of cream cheese, 100 grams of cottage cheese.

• Meat permitted as beef 100 g per day, it can be replaced by 100 g of beef; 120 g lean pork; 100 g of poultry; 80 g lean ham; 80 g sausages or wieners; 100 g of liver, kidney, heart, tongue; 100 g of boiled fish; 100 g low-fat cottage cheese; 60 g of hard cheese. Also 50g daily allowance of meat can be replaced with two eggs.

• Cottage cheese — 50 g low-fat cottage cheese. Daily allowance of cottage cheese can be replaced with a glass of milk, yogurt, kefir or yogurt.
