Mature is considered the age from 35 to 55 years for women and 35 to 60 years for men. During this period, there is a gradual restructuring of many functions of the body. Mature age is defined as the transition from youth to old age.

In the body, with the onset of adulthood, the following changes occur: the production of sex hormones decreases; the number of red and white blood cells, the content of potassium and calcium in cells are reduced; the amount of fat in the bone marrow increases, and therefore the functions of the bone marrow weaken; vessels become more fragile; teeth loosen and begin to fall out; urinary organs weaken; the acuity of the sense organs is dulled.

Distinguish between normal, physiological and premature aging. Premature aging is characterized by the early development of age-related changes: a person turns gray early, his skin becomes flabby and wrinkled, teeth fall out, vision, hearing, and sense of smell deteriorate.

All this is largely due to hereditary and past diseases, as well as the way of life that a person leads. That is why, in adulthood, like no other, you should take care of your health and lead a correct lifestyle.
