The combination of these physiotherapy methods has a physico-chemical effect on the body tissues, contributes to its resistance to unfavorable external and internal influences, and the enhancement of the protective-adaptive mechanisms of the body.
The main advantage of aroma massage is that oils are stronger than other substances by their strength and effectiveness, because oil has a special property: its molecules are very small in size, so they pass well through the skin, penetrate easily and deeply into the tissues of the body, get into Blood and quickly spread to all organs.

Let’s start the massage

Before you start an aromatic massage, you need to cook directly massage oil, for it, in addition to essential oil, a basic or transport oil is required, it is named so because it transports to the skin cells and tissues the aromatic oils added to it.

Cooking massage oil

For general massage, it is good to use avocado oil, apricot and peach seed, sesame, mustard or olive oil.
The usual concentration is 3-5%, that is 30-50 drops of essential oil per 50 ml basic, — for body massage and 1-2%, this is 10-20 drops of essential oil per 50 ml base, — for facial massage. Essential oils are selected in accordance with the tasks to be solved in the process
massage course.

• Preheat and stimulate blood circulation:
Leaves of cinnamon, clove, black pepper, red pepper, ginger, birch, oregano.
• Stimulate the cleavage of adipose tissue:
Grapefruit, lemon, orange.

Bergamot, birch, clove, ginger, lavender, marjoram, nutmeg, peppermint, rosemary, chamomile, eucalyptus.

Helpful Tips
• Do not use deodorant or perfume before the massage:
This will block the action of the oil.
• Do not eat just before the aromatherapy massage, because during the digestive process the body can not properly relax.
• Do not drink alcohol before the procedure.
• At the end of the session, drink a glass of clean water.
• After the massage, lie down for at least 5 minutes.
• Do not take a bath or shower for 12 hours after the procedure so that the oils are well absorbed into the skin.
• Drink as much water as possible for the rest of the day, as the kidneys take an active part in the removal of toxins from the body.
