Traditional medicine knows many recipes for getting rid of diseases, diseases, most of which are simple, easy to prepare at home.

Phytotherapy of vegetative-vascular dystonia.

Vegetovascular dystonia is a functional disease of the cardiovascular system, characterized by circulatory disorders, increased fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and increased sweating.

There are four types of neurocirculatory dystonia: hypertensive; hypotonic; cardiac and mixed type.

The hypertensive type is more often observed in emotional young people. Treatment in this case is aimed at eliminating emotional arousal and sedation.

It is recommended to use sedatives based on sedative herbs:

Valerian tea. Apply 1-2 glasses 3 times daily before meals.

Infusion of motherwort herb. Apply 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day 30-60 minutes before meals.

Infusion of hawthorn flowers. Apply 1 tbsp. spoon 3-4 times a day before meals.

A decoction of hawthorn fruits. Apply 50 ml. 2-3 times daily before meals.

Pharmaceutical forms of the above herbs can be used.

Valerian tincture. In tablets, use 1-3 pcs. appointment.
Motherwort tincture. Apply 30-40 drops per appointment.

Vegetative-vascular disorders.

To reduce blood pressure by phytotherapy, it is recommended to use a decoction of chokeberry fruits, ¼ glass 3 times a day. In summer, apply 100 g of fresh fruit.

The following fees may apply:

Valerian root, hop cones take 1 tsp each, mint leaf, watch leaf take 2 tsp each. Five grams, from the resulting collection, pour 2 cups of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes, squeeze and apply 100 ml each. 2 times a day before meals.

Valerian root, yarrow herb take 3 tsp each, lemon balm herb 2 tsp, St. John’s wort herb 1 tsp.

Pour ten grams of the mixture (1 tablespoon) with a glass of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Apply 50 ml. 3-4 times a day before meals.

In the treatment of hypotonic type, plants are used adaptogens, sedatives and fortifying.

To increase blood pressure, apply:

Ginseng tincture 15-20 drops 3 times a day
Eleutherococcus extract apply 30-40 drops
Tincture of aralia, zamaniha, leuzea, lemongrass apply 30-40 drops 2-3 times a day before meals.

For a complex effect, you can use the following collection:

Radiola root, zamaniha root, rose hips take 2 tsp each, nettle herb and hawthorn fruits 1.5 tsp each, St. John’s wort herb 1 tsp. From the resulting collection, prepare an infusion and apply 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup 2-3 times a day.
