Swiss diet. The Swiss diet is one of the safest and most effective weight loss systems available. This diet has no strict restrictions and is based on the principles of a balanced diet.

The Swiss diet is suitable for people who are engaged in manual labor and do not want to starve.

Before starting the diet, it is recommended to prepare the body for several days: reduce the calorie content of the diet, reduce the portion sizes.

Breakfast (optional)

• 2 soft-boiled eggs, radishes, 100 g of bread, a cup of coffee with milk;
• 1 hard-boiled egg, 50 g of black bread, a glass of low-fat milk;
• 100 g of ham, 50 g of bread, a cup of coffee with milk.

A couple of hours after breakfast, have a snack of 100 g of fruit, or one small apple. You can drink half a glass of vegetable juice.

Lunch (optional)

• baked chicken breast with a baked potato garnish (250/100 g), a salad of spinach and one grated carrot, a glass of vegetable juice;
• boiled fish with a side dish of baked potatoes (200/100 g), 100 g of green salad, a glass of carrot juice;
• baked beef with boiled potatoes (200/100 g), sauerkraut, 1 beet, a glass of low-fat kefir.

Dinner (optional)

• jellied fish with lettuce (100/50 g), a slice of bread, rosehip tea;
• salad of tomatoes or radishes (100 g), a slice of bread, curd cheese with milk (low fat content), tea;
• 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese with milk, a slice of bread, lettuce, tomato juice.

The optimal duration of the diet is a week. At this time, sugar, alcohol, kvass, pasta and starchy vegetables are completely excluded. Vegetable oils are used in limited quantities.

This diet allows you to maintain the correct balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in the diet. The diet helps to cleanse the body, and get rid of a couple of extra pounds, without resorting to «hungry» diets. The Swiss diet has no contraindications, except in cases of exacerbation of chronic diseases.
