1. Products: it’s a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates (the complete absence of fast carbohydrates: sugars and foods with them, honey and products high-grade flour).

Permitted fruits: apricots, peaches, cherries, all berries, grapefruit, melons, oranges, pears, pineapple, tangerines — you can eat them in any way, but without the sugar.

Juices: any fruit and vegetable unsweetened juice, except grape, apple or plum.

Drinks: herbal teas, decaffeinated coffee.
At first, the diet is very hard to bear, especially if there is a habit of eating a lot of sweet and starchy foods. In this case, temporarily increase the number of fruit per day.

Passion for sweets will disappear if the diet does not stop breaking.
