Joint pain treatment. 

Almost everyone knows that the disease of the joints is nothing more than a manifestation of a violation of salt metabolism. And for any disease, it is not the symptoms that should be treated, but the real cause. Therefore, when I started to hurt my joints on my arms, arthritis first made itself felt. I decided to fight the disease from the inside.

I dug up a bunch of different literature. Found that herbal extracts — a good prophylactic against the manifestations of salt deposits.

The most widely known and ordinary green tea. It also stimulates the function of the skin. Since then, green tea has firmly entered my diet. And I chose for myself only two.

Herbs for joint.

Berry cranberries, blue cornflower flowers, sage and herbs of Veronica in equal proportions mix.

Brew 1 teaspoon of the collection of 1.5 cups of boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes. Drink at once. Just one cup per day.

I drank this collection in two weeks. Then he also switched to another collection in two weeks.

Mix dill, currant leaves, rowan fruits, parsley seeds and pumpkin evenly. Grind well.
From 200 g of the mixture brew 1 liter of boiling water. Insist 1 hour. Drink warm for 1 glass 2 times a day with sugar or honey.

And I used topical propolis ointment. 100 g of propolis pour 100 g of vegetable oil. Heat in a water bath for half an hour. Stir continuously until the propolis is completely dissolved in the oil.

Do not forget to cool the obtained ointment before rubbing.
So gradually, the joints stopped aching. I did not go to the doctor. But the pains are gone. I think I coped with the disease.
