Fall recipes. Autumn this year early. And with it at our door knocking forgotten over the summer colds, runny nose, cough, flu. So no harm to remind about the treatment of these ailments.

At a cold, flu, bronchitis:

Mix fresh carrot juice — 2 parts, beets — 2 parts, propolis on alcohol — 1 part and bury into the nose.

Horseradish is very useful, even if just to eat, since it liquefies phlegm and is a strong expectorant. You can also mix the juice of horseradish 0.5 parts with 10 parts of honey and lubricate the sinuses. Or mix 1 part juice
horseradish with 10 parts of warm water and gargle with this tool.

From colds and the common cold:

40 g of pine buds pour 1 liter of water, boil for 10 minutes in a water bath for 3 hours to insist. Drink 5-6 times a day with honey or jam.

From cough.

Aloe mixed with warm honey and melted butter. Gradually consumed for 5 days.
50 grams of raisins, pour a glass of boiling water. Insist 30 minutes, strain, add 3 tbsp. spoon of onion juice. Drink sips, better at night.

From tonsillitis, pharyngitis.

0,5 liter jar to fill the grated beets, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, 1 hour, squeeze. Drink 1 h. Spoon 5-6 times a day.

From the flu, colds.

Take a glass of hot milk, 1 tbsp. spoon butter, raspberry jam and honey, 30 grams of cognac (children without it), 0.5 hours. baking soda. Mix. Drink at night (children half or a quarter cup).
