The Estonian diet is a hard diet for 6 days. Each of them is a one-day mono-diet based on one type of product. For 6 days of the diet, it is possible to lose up to 6 kilograms of excess weight.

Estonian diet menu

The first 3 days of the diet, the main product is protein.

Day 1: 6 hard-boiled eggs.

Day 2: half a kilogram of low-fat cottage cheese.

Day 3: 0.7 kg of chicken breast fillet (can be boiled, steamed, or grilled).

For the next 3 days, eat foods rich in fiber and carbohydrates.

Day 4: 200 grams of boiled rice.

Day 5: 6 potatoes (can be baked or boiled).

Day 6: green apples (unlimited).

In order to make it easier to maintain the Estonian diet, it is recommended to reduce the calorie content of the daily diet before starting it. It is allowed to satisfy the acute feeling of hunger with green vegetables: cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage. It is important to drink enough water and completely eliminate salt, seasonings and spices from the diet.

So that the weight does not return in two times, the exit from the diet should be gradual. In the future, it is necessary to follow the principles of fractional, healthy and balanced nutrition: monitor the calorie content of food, give up semi-finished products and fast food, eat more vegetables, fruits and cereals.

Since this method of losing weight leads to a decrease in immunity and a lack of vitamins and minerals supplied with food, an additional intake of vitamin complexes is recommended. The Estonian diet can only be used by absolutely healthy people and after prior consultation with a doctor.
