Dizziness is caused by disturbances in the functioning of the vestibular apparatus.

If the dizziness does not have a specific cause, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, head injury, then it is possible that it is caused by a viral infection of the inner ear.

The disease is sometimes observed in perfectly healthy people — with a sharp change in body position, when spinning, swinging, driving in transport, at sea.

Folk remedies for dizziness.

With headaches and dizziness, the most tangible help is provided by the use of 0.5-1 glass of carrot juice before meals 3-4 times a day.
A mixture of juices from carrots (3 parts), beets (1 part), pomegranate (2 parts) drink 3 times a day before meals.

For the treatment of blood vessels with dizziness, a tincture of pine cones is used. Take 1 teaspoon of tincture 1-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The remedy treats migraines, dizziness, headaches, vascular diseases.

In case of frequent dizziness for an unknown reason, swallow 1 teaspoon of seaweed powder with saliva every day before lunch.

Take 300 g of garlic, peel, put in a half-liter bottle and pour alcohol to the top. Insist 2 weeks. Take 20 drops daily in 0.5 cups of milk.

Pour 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh or dry lemon balm leaf with 1 cup boiling water. Drink like tea.

Take 1 teaspoon of parsley seed powder and infuse in 1 glass of room temperature water for 8 hours. Take an infusion of 0.25 cups 4 times a day.

Take 1 teaspoon of clover inflorescences, pour 1 glass of hot water, boil for 5 minutes, drain. Take 1 tablespoon 4-5 times a day.

Drink tea from the branches of white mistletoe.
