As you know, the Chinese diet is designed for 3 weeks. During this time you will need strict adherence to the diet. Chinese diet.

Dinner: orange juice or green tea with honey for 1 hour, an orange, a portion of stew vegetables or vegetable soup.:
Take 1 liter of water, 1 head cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 red bell pepper, 1 large onion, 1 potato, 1 clove of garlic, black pepper, 4-5 sprigs of parsley, a few peas black pepper, 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil, salt.

The ideal diet should consist of the fourth week of stewed vegetables, cereals, fresh juices and compotes. You can add the boiled meat, chicken or fish. But from the use of flour products and fried foods is better to abstain. And this also applies to all further life — try to eat flour and fried as little as possible.
