About bronchitis and do not remember!

The temperature sometimes reaches 39 °, tormented by a headache and sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, but most unpleasant — a dry painful cough, which disturb not only the day, but did not give sleep at night. Then, it becomes wet, phlegm stood out, it became a little easier.

At first, mainly cold bore on their feet, engaged in self-treatment, the benefit of the advertised drugs in the pharmacy is full.
It helped, but not for long, it was particularly difficult to cope with a cough, which lasted sometimes for 2 weeks.

Finally, the day has become very bad, went to the doctor, who «having heard» I have wheezing on both sides and, after listening to my story, suggested that the recovery ability of the body are reduced, and also warned of a high risk of transition to a chronic form of bronchitis.

I have made a chest X-ray, ECG, bronchoscopy, cutting on the doctor’s prescription antiviral, antibacterial and expectorant drugs. The disease has receded.


However, in order not to bring the case to an asthmatic bronchitis, I decided to attack, so to speak, on all fronts, by connecting to the treatment recipes of traditional medicine and a special gym (did it, of course, not in the period of exacerbation, bronchitis and when symptoms abate).

1. Stand on all fours (ip). Place the hand so that the wrists, elbows and shoulders are in line with the floor and formed an angle of 90 °.

Very I liked its simplicity and effectiveness: mix 2 tbsp. oats spoon with the same number of raisins. Cover with cold boiled water (1.5 L).
