I want to tell you how I managed to prevent the development of varicose veins. The fact is that this is our family illness: my grandmother, my mother had varicose veins and after my second child was born I started.

But I knew that varicose should be treated in the very initial stage, only then there will be a result. And so, as soon as I felt something wrong, I immediately took action.

First of all, I prepared a tincture of nutmeg. Her recipe was given mom to me. Therefore, for all readers, I write our own family recipe:
200 g of nutmeg to grate on a fine grater, pour 1 liter of vodka and insist 2 weeks. Then strain through gauze and squeeze cake well. The cake is discarded, and the received tincture is taken 25 drops 3 times a day. That’s enough for six months.
This tincture acts on the veins from the inside, but there is also an effective external recipe, which many people very much praise, and he helped me.
Moreover, it is very simple and is accessible literally to everyone, although it takes some time to complete. But for me the question of time did not stand, since on the example of my mother and grandmother, I knew well what I could get this disease if I started it.

So, mix a handful of pounded fresh wormwood with curdled milk, apply this mass on gauze and apply to those places where the veins are dilated. Put your feet on the pillow, so that they are above the level of the pelvis, and cover with cellophane. Lie down or sit in this position for half an hour.

In general, for the prevention of varicose veins and in order to prevent the development of this disease, it is recommended to do special therapeutic gymnastics, but I did not have time for exercises, and I performed only one of them, in my opinion, the most important and effective. Every evening before going to bed, I went to bed and raised my straight legs as high as possible and leaned against the wall. In this position, you have to stay ten minutes.
Do this every day, and there will be no chance for varicose veins. It is also very useful to do the exercise «bike», lying on your back or sitting, and contrasting foot baths.
