For many years, during an episode of osteoarthritis, and with it my acquaintance took a very long time, I make a compress. First, we must take equally celandine, aloe, mallow and bitter pepper and grind it all in a meat grinder. Add 0.5 liters of wine and 0.5 liters of vodka, 2 vials of Novocain, 10 pieces of ampoules of vitamin C. The resulting mixture soak a piece of cloth, put it on the sore spot, and on top of a good shelter. Do it at night, in the morning rinse the body with cold water. Pain releases already from the first time.

I have long had problems with the spine.
The diagnosis is usually our time — osteochondrosis. And the best thing about this case, as almost say all the doctors and specialists of various kinds — is rid the body of unnecessary salt.
There are many recipes for the dissolution of salts in the body, but for me personally it is best to help tea from sunflower roots. I was even in the garden of sunflowers nasazhala more — and eye-pleasing, and health benefits.
Harvested roots are as follows:
I dig, thickest part of the crop off the hair roots, wash and dry land in the shade. And before preparing tea smash the root into small pieces.
At the 3 liters of water to receive a glass of root, boil for 1-2 minutes and filter, but do not throw away the roots.
I drink the entire amount within 2-3 days. Then again boil the same roots again 3 liters of water for 5 minutes only. Again, I drink for 2-3 days.
And then the same roots boil in the same amount of water for the third time, but 10-15 minutes. I drink again in 2-3 days.

The next (or fourth) day prepare tea from a new batch of roots and just use them 3 days.
Salt will be displayed only after two weeks, but the tea you need to drink at least a month, until the urine is transparent like water.
During the reception, tea can not eat spicy and heavily salted foods.
It is better to go temporarily to a vegetarian diet. Try to eat more dried fruit, to make up for the loss of mineral salts.

I spend such cleaning courses 2 times a year, and my spine feels much better than before. So everyone who is suffering with the spine or joints, and just take care of their own health, I recommend this method.
