Fish and seafood can be called the most useful for human beings. At least,

Fish diet

same.

• Waking up, drink a large glass of pure water.
• Breakfast.
A cup of green tea, 1-2 eggs in any form, 100 g fat-free yogurt or unsweetened
cottage cheese, any single fruit.
• Lunch.
One (small) fish cooked in the oven. First you need to eat half the fish, it will blunt the appetite and start the process of digestion. Then, already eat up the second half, alternating fish and boiled vegetables.
Salt the fish should be added at a minimum, but generously season with pepper, garlic, onion, coriander, basil and other spices.
A snack — a salad of raw vegetables and any fruit.
• Lunch.
Half an hour before dinner drink 2 cups of water, during lunch and for 2 hours after
dinner drink.
250 g of fish, cooked in any form with a garnish of lettuce, raw or cooked non-starchy vegetables without oil (salad can spice nonfat yogurt with spicy herbs or lemon juice). For dessert, eat 100 grams of yogurt or fat-free yogurt.
• Dinner (within 18 hours).
Dinner in the fish diet is the same as lunch, but more diverse. We need to alternate hot and cold dishes, fish and seafood.
• Before going to bed drink a cup of tea for weight loss:
Mix 20 g of the root and elderberry herb horsetail, 10 g cornflower flowers, lady’s mantle and
strawberry leaf, 100 g of birch sheet.
Pour 1 tbsp. spoon collection glass of water, boil for 2 minutes, to insist 15 minutes, strain and drink.

A diet with seafood

these are interchangeable in the diet of seafood.

Breakfast is a choice of:

• Bread with bran (2 pieces), leaf lettuce, 50 g of tuna in its own juice, tomato
• bran bread (toast), sardines (in brine) — 50 g, 1 tomato, orange juice — a glass.
• 50 grams of cooked mushrooms, boiled egg, crisp bread, orange juice — a glass
• oatmeal (with milk) — 25 g of bran bread toast, banana.

Lunch is a choice of:

• 150 g of purified of any seafood (mussels, shrimp, crab,
squid) and a portion of vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice.
• 100 grams of salmon or tuna (tinned), vegetable salad (portion)
seasoned with lemon juice, toast.
• Fish burger with 1 tbsp. spoon sauce (tomato), a salad of green vegetables (serving), seasoned with lemon juice, toast.
• The sandwich of two pieces of bran bread with lettuce leaf and two sardines (can be replaced by 50 g of salmon pate).
For dessert, you can eat any fruit in the afternoon.

Dinner is a choice of:

• fishcakes, 50 grams of green peas, mixed vegetable salad portion.
• lean fish fillets on the grill — 150 g tomatoes — 2 pieces, green salad, seasoned with lemon juice, cooked mushrooms -. 50 g
• 150 g Seafood cocktail, prepared with sauce, 2 tomatoes, green beans.
• 150 g Baked white fish, onions and spices, 2 tomatoes.
• 150 g fillet of any fish, roll in breadcrumbs and baked in foil with the addition of grated lemon peel and lemon juice, squash, cauliflower or broccoli.
For dessert, after dinner, you can eat any fresh fruit.
