I want you to write recipes for traditional medicine. Which you chose yourself. Tried in different periods of his life. In my opinion, they are simple, but they need a lot of people in our time of stress and haste.

It so happened that over the last decade I had to fight for my own health. I studied traditional medicine, tried to imagine many methods. Something had to be dropped. But effective and affordable recipes remained in my «arsenal»:

In stressful conditions.

• In the early stages of hypertension, you should take a drug alcohol tincture. 30 drops 3 times daily before meals.

• At high pressure in menopause, there should be 15 pieces of nails (tight, which are spicy). Fill in the evening 300 ml of warm (about 39 °) boiled water. To insist, to enclose in the chamber, a night drink, a morning drink.

• 3 tbsp. Tablespoons of cornmeal pour 300 ml of cold boiled water. Infuse 2-3 hours. From time to time, stir the contents with a spoon. Drink with hypertension in small portions throughout the day.

• The condition of arrhythmia will improve if you take 20 drops of marigold tincture (1:10) per piece of sugar 2 hours after eating.

• You can mix the pulp with lemon or orange peel, but without seeds, with sugar (to taste) and take a teaspoon 3 times a day before meals for primary forms of hypertension.

• walnut shell 30 to boil for 15 minutes in 0.5 liters of water in a small heat and let stand in a thermos for 2 hours, then strain the infusion. This is followed again boil this same shell in the same amount of pure water, and then withstand a thermos 2 h. Strain the infusion and both combine in a bowl. Store composition in a refrigerator. Take for hypertension, sclerosis of cerebral vessels, accompanied by dizziness, numbness of hands and feet. The course of treatment — a month.
