Lose weight in three days.

This diet, although effective, but extreme, and stick to it is recommended not longer than three days, but if necessary two days later the diet can be repeated.

Drink during this diet can be ordinary, still water or green tea without sugar, in which it is possible to add a little honey (a teaspoon for a cup of tea).
There are allowed 3 times a day, but the intervals between meals should not be more than 6 hours.

Diet menu:

Breakfasts (one option to choose from):
• salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and green onions.
• A sandwich made with bread and cheese.
• an Apple.

Lunches:
Main course: 100 grams of white turkey meat, baked, boiled or stewed.

Garnish to choose from:
• 1 apple.
• salad of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and green onions.
• 2 sandwiches with cheese and tomato.
• Salad of tomato and apple.

Dinners (one option to choose from):
• 1 apple and 1 tomato.
• A sandwich made with bread and cheese.
• 100 grams of white turkey meat, baked, boiled or stewed.

Whichever of the options for breakfast, lunch and dinner you choose, during a diet can not eat a day more than 500 grams of food. You can drink without restriction. Absolutely excluded: sugar, salt, mayonnaise, ketchup and all sauces.
You can use vegetable spices, salads are allowed to fill with olive or linseed oil, but not more than 1 tbsp. Tablespoons per day.
