Cellulite is a problem for many women. And the saddest thing is that only one can get rid of this problem. I work as a fitness instructor. For several years I have been helping women to solve problems with the appearance, including getting rid of cellulite. It decided to share their knowledge with readers.

First of all, to combat the «orange peel» fit special exercises:

• Initial position. Sit on the floor, bending your legs and pushing forward. Hands on the head. When the hips and buttocks tear one or the other leg off the floor and move forward, as if you were sitting, moving forward. But at the same time keep your foot perpendicular to the floor. Then do the same in the other direction, moving backwards. Repeat the exercise 15-20 times.

• Initial position. Sit on the floor, resting on the bent and reserved for elbows back. The legs are bent at the knees.

Lift your pelvis up to a straight line with your knees. Hold at the top for 5 seconds and then return to starting position. Repeat this exercise 15-20 times. To do this, try not to use elevators and take the stairs on foot, stepping on each step, rather than jumping. Escalator in the subway is able to replace the treadmill.

During the day, instead of bend over when you have to lift something, try to squat, but do not lean on anything with his hands.
Try to sit in the easy chair or on the couch, and on a sufficiently solid stool, and often change position.
