The cause of bursitis is unknown. In many cases, it is preceded by sprains, trauma, severe contusion.

In the initial stages of the disease, to reduce pain, as a rule, it is enough to prescribe aspirin or paracetamol to the patient, provide the joint with peace and after 2-3 weeks its condition will return to normal. In advanced cases, it is possible that surgical intervention may be required.

You can make compresses with hay dust. Boil the dust for 30 minutes and put it hot on the sore joint.

It is very good to drink with acute bursitis the anti-inflammatory infusions of St. John’s wort, burdock or yarrow.
