Recipe 1.
Take a fresh celery root 1 tablespoon and pour two cups of boiling water. Wrap up with a towel and let stand for 4 hours, then strain. When gout take 2 tablespoons 3-4 times daily before meals for 30 minutes.

Recipe 2.
Squeeze the juice of fresh celery leaves. Drink 1-2 teaspoon 3 times a day.

Recipe 3.
One cup of boiling water pour 20 g grass quinoa spreading. Insist to cool. Drink 3 times a day on 1 glass. Quinoa is used as a firming agent for gout and rheumatism.
