The main advantage of aroma massage is that oils are stronger than other substances in their strength and effectiveness. Because oil has a special property.

Cooking massage oil.

For general massage, it is good to use avocado oil, apricot and peach seed, sesame, mustard or olive oil.

The usual concentration is 3-5%, that is 30-50 drops of essential oil per 50 ml basic, — for body massage and 1-2%, this is 10-20 drops of essential oil per 50 ml base, — for facial massage.

Helpful Tips.

• Do not use deodorant or perfume before the massage:
This will block the action of the oil.

• Do not eat just before the aromatherapy massage, because during the digestive process the body can not properly relax.

• Do not drink alcohol before the procedure.

• At the end of the session, drink a glass of clean water.

• After the massage, lie down for at least 5 minutes.

• Do not take a bath or shower for 12 hours after the procedure so that the oils are well absorbed into the skin.
